Russians intensified shelling in the south: occupiers' losses rose to 74 in a day.
According to inkorr.com: Russian troops in southern Ukraine have intensified shelling of Ukrainian units, with this intensity continuing for almost a week. This was reported by the spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn.
Artillery shelling and its consequences
Voloshyn noted that the enemy is actively using artillery to attack settlements located close to the frontline. As a result of the shelling in Kherson, civilians were killed in the past day, and residential buildings and infrastructure were also damaged.
Despite the increase in shelling intensity, Russian forces are suffering significant losses during assault operations. 'If previously our troops reported enemy losses of about 50 people, then in the last day this number rose to 74. The enemy's losses are increasing,' emphasized Voloshyn, noting that the increase in shelling does not help the enemy achieve success.
Situation on the Southern Front
Russian troops continue active operations on the Southern Front, using artillery to shell settlements. Ukrainian defense forces skillfully repulse the enemy's attacks, which suffer losses during assault actions. The conflict in eastern Ukraine continues to escalate, complicating the ability of both sides to find stability and peace in the region.
The escalation of violence in southern Ukraine reflects the overall tension in the region. For a peaceful resolution of the conflict, both sides will need not only military but also diplomatic activity. The intensity of hostilities shows that the situation remains dynamic and requires constant attention from the international community.
