Russian woman died of asthma - hospital refused to help.
Reported by Russian media.
Death from asthma in the RF
In the regions of Russia, medicine has declined to the level where people die from simple diseases that in the West and even in Ukraine people live with for many years.
In Vologda, a 30-year-old woman died from an asthma attack. Medical structures were unable to provide her with help in this situation.
Why did the Russian woman die in a simple situation
The ambulance, called by the woman's friends, arrived very late and was an ordinary one, not an intensive care unit. It had no oxygen apparatus or air conditioning for the summer heat.
The medic in the ambulance had only three ampoules of the drug prednisone, which did not help the patient. The hospital did not provide any assistance at all, explaining this by repairs in the building and a large number of patients.
As a result, the 30-year-old Russian woman died, not waiting for the necessary assistance.
It was also mentioned that in 2022, there was a serious shortage of medications in Russia and operations were postponed. And about how Russia does not provide proper medical assistance to Ukrainian prisoners of war.
The events that occurred in Russia indicate serious problems in the country's medical system. The lack of equipment and medicines leads to fatal consequences even in cases where it would have been possible to save lives. This confirms the urgent need for reform in the healthcare sector in the Russian Federation.Read also
