Russian propaganda scares with a powerful strike. The Center for Countering Disinformation appealed to Ukrainians.
The Center for Countering Disinformation warns about the spread of information by Russian propaganda about the preparation for a powerful strike on Ukrainian call centers and the use of new North Korean ballistic missiles for shelling Kyiv.
The Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) notes that after the Russian invasion there is a constant threat of missile strikes, however, Russian propaganda is trying to spread panic by disseminating messages about these attacks. The CCD urges to disregard such information and rely on official sources, as well as to be ready to respond to air raid signals and seek shelter in case of danger.
The Center also calls on Ukrainian resources to disseminate information about this threat cautiously, so as not to assist the enemy in his terrifying campaign.
It is reminded that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin threatened Ukraine with the medium-range ballistic missile 'Oreshnik' for conducting an experiment. Also, on December 21, drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the Russian city of Kazan, causing the operation of Russian electronic warfare and damage to several buildings.
It is worth noting that Russian invaders are actively expanding the radio and television network in temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine to spread their propaganda.
