Russian Propagandists in Pokrovsk: DeepState Shows Footage of Gratitude to the Occupants.
According to ТСН: Russian propagandists are already in Pokrovsk and have started filming their stories in the central and southern parts of the city.
Demonstration of 'Gratitude' to the Occupants
The analytical project DeepState reports that in the published footage, some locals are demonstrating their 'gratitude' for the arrival of the so-called 'Russian peace'.
'In the video, locals thank the occupants for bringing destruction and giving the opportunity to die from shelling, being buried right next to their apartment,' the project's authors noted.
The Importance of Basic Needs
Experts emphasize that the situation has a painful subtext: to meet the basic needs of residents, Ukrainian military personnel had to risk their lives. Some residents stayed in the city until the last moment and then sought evacuation.
'Some walked towards Shevchenko and were jokingly killed by a Russian FPV drone,' DeepState analysts cited as an example.
Situation in Pokrovsk
It was previously reported that Russian invaders planned to capture Pokrovsk in Donetsk Oblast as early as September, but by the end of November, fighting in the city continues. It has also become known that Russian military personnel are infiltrating Pokrovsk in small groups, but in significant numbers.
Currently, the situation in Pokrovsk remains tense, and locals are facing serious challenges amid the war. It is important for the international community to continue monitoring the developments in the region, as the improvement of the humanitarian situation in Ukraine depends on external support.
