Increase in Troop Concentration
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, reported that Russia has increased its troop concentration in Ukraine to 710,000 soldiers and has initiated a new strategic offensive operation.
“To conduct a strategic offensive operation, the opponent has increased the grouping to approximately 710,000 individuals. Despite significant losses, the Russian army is not refraining from continuing offensive actions, although it has not achieved substantial operational successes,” he clarified.
This information indicates an escalation of the conflict in eastern Ukraine, where hostilities are ongoing without interruption. The reinforcement of Russian troops suggests that the aggressor does not plan to halt its offensive actions, despite heavy losses. The situation leaves open questions regarding the further development of events and possible reactions from Ukrainian forces.
