Russian drones attacked Sumy region: 12 injured, including children.
Twelve people were injured in the Sumy region as a result of a Russian attack last night on today, August 20. The aggressor launched a mass strike with drones on the city of Akhtyrka, reports FREEДОМ.
Among the injured are two children. As a result of the attack by Russian drones, a high-rise building and 13 private houses were damaged.
All emergency services are involved in eliminating the consequences of the attack, and those injured are provided with the necessary assistance, as informed by the Sumy regional military administration. Investigative operational groups and explosives engineers are also working at the shelling site.
Fires and destruction in the Odessa region
The Odessa region also came under Russian shelling last night. The port infrastructure was damaged. Fires broke out, which rescuers are working to extinguish.
According to the head of the regional military administration Oleg Kiper, one man was injured.
