Intelligence reported how many North Korean rockets Russia used against Ukraine.
The Ukrainian military intelligence reported that Russia launched about 60 rockets of North Korean origin. This was stated by Andriy Cherniak, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, on Radio Liberty.
«Currently, we have information about Russia using around 60 North Korean rockets. Their accuracy is not very high, but they still pose a threat. Rockets manufactured in 1994 can cause damage just like those produced with older technologies,» said Cherniak.
According to him, these rockets are dangerous for Ukraine's industry and population.
Additionally, Cherniak noted that the transportation of goods from North Korea to Russia creates an additional threat. «We do not rule out the possibility that among these goods there could be artillery shells manufactured in North Korea that Russia is using,» he stated.
It was previously known that North Korea transferred 100 ballistic missiles and over 5 million shells to Russia in October and November of this year.
