'I intend to initiate the adoption of a law that recognizes Russia as a state that supports terrorism under US law if it does not return the children,' said the American senator.

He stressed that if such a decision is adopted, cooperation with Russia will become unacceptable for other countries and businesses.

'This move will make any cooperation or business with Putin's Russia toxic for international companies and governments,' the senator believes.
