Son of Russian General Killed in Zaporizhzhia: Details of Occupants' Losses

According to inkorr.com: Ukrainian journalist Denis Kazansky reported the death of Russian lieutenant Vasily Marzoev in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region. Vasily is the son of the commander of the 18th Combined Arms Army of Russia, General Arkadiy Marzoev.

Propagandists claim that 21-year-old Vasily Marzoev died 'while performing a combat mission'. An air bomb hit the building where the occupant was located. Russian war correspondents immediately began to glorify the general's son as a hero.

Circumstances of Death

According to journalists' reports, Lieutenant Marzoev demonstrated heroism by saving two of his subordinates from the ruins. He sustained injuries and a concussion, but managed to pull them out under fire. Then he went for a third wounded soldier, but during a second airstrike, he was killed as he was buried under debris. Paratroopers tried to rescue him, but it was unsuccessful. Posthumously, Vasily was awarded the title of Hero of the Russian Federation for his bravery and selflessness.

Other Cases of Occupational Deaths

In the Zaporizhzhia region, propagandist Ivan Zuyev was also killed as a result of a drone strike, and his colleague Yuriy Voitkevich received serious injuries. Another Russian occupier, producer Yosif Prigozhin, lost his son-in-law, who died on Ukrainian soil, where he came with weapons and openly justified Russia's military actions against Ukraine.

These losses among Russian military and propagandists indicate a grim situation at the front and the continuation of combat operations. As seen, not only the Ukrainian army suffers losses, but the ranks of the occupiers are also decreasing due to active military actions ongoing in the region.
