Ukraine’s Top General Visits Key Frontline Sector: Defense Reinforcements Underway.
Commander-in-Chief’s Frontline Visit
According to UATV: On June 24, Ukraine’s Commander-in-Chief, Oleksandr Syrskyi, traveled to the Oleksandrivka direction. During the trip, he held talks with Oleh Apostol, the commander of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces, and also visited the 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade, which is actively engaged in defensive operations.
Syrskyi reported receiving a briefing from Apostol on the situation in the area of responsibility, the outcomes of completed operations, and progress on previously assigned objectives.
“I listened to the report from the commander of the Air Assault Forces regarding the situation in the zone of responsibility, the results of the work carried out, and the fulfillment of previously set tasks.” — Oleksandr Syrskyi.
Bolstering Defense Capabilities
Additionally, the top general emphasized that Ukraine would strengthen its defenses along the border with Belarus.
“Ukraine’s priorities remain unchanged: liberating territories from Russian occupiers and preserving the lives of our soldiers.” — Oleksandr Syrskyi.
This visit underscores the ongoing efforts to maintain strong defensive positions in critical areas. The trip by Oleksandr Syrskyi to the Oleksandrivka direction highlights the active role of Ukraine’s military leadership in ensuring the country’s defense readiness.
