Syrskyi awarded artillerymen engaged in battles in the Kursk region.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, congratulated servicemen of the artillery units who are on the front line in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation on the occasion of the Day of Missile Forces and Artillery. He thanked them for their courage and heroism in defending our state and destroying enemy equipment and personnel. The awards were presented in a ceremonial event.
Thanks to you, the aggressor's plans for an offensive in the Sumy direction from the Kursk region have been thwarted, and this war has been transferred to enemy territory
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky also honored many defenders of Ukraine by awarding them state awards. A total of 402 individuals from the Ministry of Internal Affairs system were recognized, of which 78 were posthumously. Petitions for the title of Hero of Ukraine were also considered, and one serviceman received this high distinction. Responses were published on the electronic petition website.
