Activist Nazar Hysakov explained that the money in his accounts was not his own. He received a certain share from unknown individuals who transferred money to his accounts, but he did not know who exactly used them.
“I do not know these people personally. People came to me asking for help to make money, so they transferred funds to my account. The deal was that I would have a share in this, and in this way I could get money for treatment. I received three or five percent,” Hysakov explained.
Hysakov also noted that he did not suspect that these funds could be of illegal origin, as they were withdrawn and distributed for treatment through exchangers. According to Lviv.media, over three years, several dozen transactions totaling more than 5 million dollars were conducted on Hysakov's cryptocurrency wallet.

It should be noted that Nazar Hysakov faced accusations of fraud after volunteers and journalists did not receive reports on the spending of the collected funds for treatment.
