A lawsuit against the TCC can be a decisive step if a citizen is dissatisfied with the decisions of the recruitment center. Lawyer Yuriy Aivazian explained that after filing a complaint to the TCC, it may be necessary to turn to the court. The consideration of such a case in the court of first instance usually takes about two to three months, but this period may increase in case of filing an appeal.
Thus, the court consideration process can last up to four to five months, depending on the circumstances and the parties involved in the case.
