Death of the 39th President of the USA and the Detention of the Commander of the 211th Brigade: Main Points of the Night.

Former US President Jimmy Carter died at the age of one hundred. He was the longest-serving president in US history. The cause of death has not been disclosed, but it is known that he was undergoing treatment for skin cancer. Carter was known as a human rights advocate, but his presidency faced criticism. He served as president from 1977 to 1981.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that Russia does not plan to join the Peace Summit. He also noted that Ukraine has not changed its positions regarding the restoration of territorial integrity and the withdrawal of Russian troops. 

According to General Naiev's forecasts, Russia may continue the war with Ukraine for another eight to ten years based on its mobilization potential. He also stated that the Russian army consists of over two million personnel, of which one and a half million are servicemen.
