In Ukraine, up to 700 people are mobilized daily: a lawyer spoke about legal violations.
Ukrainian military forces involve between 600 and 700 individuals in service each day. Usually, this process takes place within the framework of the law, but sometimes there are cases of forceful measures.
This was stated by military lawyer Taras Borovskyi on the program 'Vechir.LIVE' on August 8.
Expert's opinion on mobilization in Ukraine
According to the expert, most mobilizations occur within the law. However, occasionally videos of forceful measures appear. This happens several times a week.
'We see videos where someone is being forcibly dragged 2-3 times a week — this is less than 1% of the total number, but there is no information about investigations into these cases,'
— emphasized Taras Borovskyi.
It was also reported that on August 7, in the village of Solovychi in the Kovel district of the Volyn region, local residents attacked the official vehicle of the TCC and SP, damaging it.
In another case in the Volyn region, a driver hit an employee of the TCC and SP and was sentenced to probation.
During the program 'Vechir.LIVE', the military lawyer spoke about the daily mobilization process in the Ukrainian army, where most actions take place legally, but sometimes there are cases of forceful detentions. Experts highlighted the issue of videos with forceful measures, leaving questions about the investigation of such incidents.Read also
