An illegal UOC MP school operates in Kyiv: children are taught Slavic language and Soviet songs.
According to ТСН: In Kyiv, near the monastery of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate, there is an illegal school that raises children in the spirit of hostile propaganda.
According to video recordings, it is about the Pokrovsky Holosiivskyi Men’s Monastery of the UOC MP in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital. This monastery was involved in a scandal even before the full-scale war began when a militant from the so-called 'DPR' named Rafael Lusvargi was hiding there.
Activities of the illegal school
In the secret Moscow Patriarchate school, students acquire knowledge studying the Russian language, which is marked as 'Slavic' in the schedule, sing Soviet songs, and memorize Esenin's poems.
'For me, it's better to read a prayer than to listen to a minute of silence, to constantly sing this abnormal anthem,' says the mother of a student who studies at this school in Russian. She admits that she wants to move to Russia with her family.
Reaction to the situation
'This should be dealt with not just by law enforcement agencies, but directly by the SBU,' emphasized MP Volodymyr V'yatrovych.
It was also previously reported that in the Odesa region a UOC MP priest refused to hold a requiem for a fallen soldier in his church.
This situation has caused outrage among both politicians and the public, as the exposure of such schools raises important questions about propaganda and ideological influence in society. The situation requires a prompt response and attention from the relevant state authorities.
