The USA may restore military aid to Ukraine: Pence named the condition.
The USA is ready to resume arms supply to Ukraine
The American administration does not rule out the possibility of restoring the supply of weapons and military equipment to Ukraine, but only in the event of the start of peace negotiations on the part of Kyiv. This was stated by U.S. Vice President Mike Pence. Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Paul Ryan also described the halt in aid supplies to Ukraine as a temporary pause. He emphasized that Ukraine and the USA must sign an agreement on minerals, and President Zelensky must amend the bill that led to the halt in supplies. The White House officially stated that it is suspending and reviewing military aid to Ukraine in order to ensure that Ukraine is conducive to a peaceful resolution of the conflict. According to a senior Ukrainian intelligence officer, the last deliveries of American military equipment will be completed within two to three months.
