The United States has stopped sharing intelligence data with Ukraine. It was previously reported that the US had only ceased sharing intelligence data that Ukraine could use for strikes against Russia. CIA Director John Ratcliffe confirmed the halt in providing weaponry and intelligence data to Ukraine. He is awaiting a letter requesting to continue cooperation with Ukraine.

The Cabinet of Ministers has regulated the issue of leaving conscripted artists and media workers abroad. The new rules pertain to individuals working in culture, film, media, and information sectors. The document defines the procedure for obtaining permission to leave and stay abroad.

Ukraine is preparing a plan to achieve a fair and sustainable peace. President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the plan will be ready soon. He held a conversation with the Prime Minister of Slovenia, where they discussed joint efforts to end the war and security guarantees. Zelensky also urged Europe to be present at the negotiating table alongside Ukraine and the US in future negotiations.

Germany has extradited to Ukraine a former high-ranking official from the Tax Service, who was wanted for committing forgery of an inspection act of an entrepreneur and tax evasion. Law enforcement detained an FSB agent who was preparing an act of terrorism in southern Ukraine. The agent was recruited by Russian special services and had acquired components for making an explosive device.
