The reconstruction of the buildings of the former cinema 'Golden Duke' has already started. The client of the works is the cultural center 'Golden Duke'. The area of the land plot is 0.3743 hectares, and the buildings themselves, with an area of almost 4 thousand square meters, have been owned by the client since 2012.
The project was developed by the company 'Victorian Style'. The start of the works was officially registered on June 9, 2025. Stanislav Haivoronskyi is responsible for the author's and technical supervision. The plans are to create a modern cultural space that will combine a venue for events, creativity, and communication.
