Time to pay or contest the fine
If you are a conscript citizen and have received a fine from the territorial recruitment center, you have a week and a half to contest or pay it. If you do not do this, the fine will be doubled.
This was reported by lawyer Vladislav Deriy on the 'Jurists.UA' portal.
Didn’t pay the fine — what’s next
One citizen turned to lawyers with a question about the fine from the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCK) and the consequences of non-payment.
'You have 10 days after the decision is made to contest it in court',
The lawyer explained what will happen if the fine is not paid on time.
'If you do not contest it or pay the fine, the TCK will turn to the state executor, who will double the fine and block accounts',
The person may also be announced in search, and if detained, notified of this through the TCK.
Upon receiving a fine from the TCK, the conscript has a week and a half to pay or contest it. If he does not take any action during this period, the fine will be increased by twofold, and additional measures may be taken, such as account blocking or being announced in search.Read also
