The court closed the case against a man captured by the representatives of the Territorial Center for Recruitment: details of the decision.
The Lutsk court closed the case against a man accused of hooliganism
According to inkorr.com: The Lutsk court made a decision to close the administrative proceedings against a local resident who was accused of hooligan acts and persistent disobedience to the employees of the Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCR). The court found no grounds for the accusation, so the materials of the case were transferred to the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) in Lviv. This information was reported by 'Glavkom' citing Avers.
The incident occurred in the yard of a house on Subornosti Street in Lutsk. Witnesses of the event stated that several men in fishing suits exited a gray minibus without license plates and began to chase a young man standing at the entrance.
The protocols on administrative offenses compiled by the police contained contradictory data.
The representatives of the TCR did not have permission from the commander of the military garrison to conduct such activities in Lutsk, as their center is located in another district.
The military did not explain what they were doing in Lutsk.
Witnesses noted that the men in unusual clothing were violating public order but did not show any aggression.
The case is closed due to lack of composition of the offense
The judge closed the case due to lack of grounds for the offense. The materials of the case were transferred to the SBI for further consideration. The actions of the TCR were deemed questionable in terms of legality, and their testimony was not supported by other evidence in the case.
Starting from September 1, the representatives of the TCR and the State Police will be required to use body cameras, which should increase the transparency of the mobilization processes and accountability.
Thus, the Lutsk court closed the case against the man, whose hooliganism charges were deemed unfounded. The materials of the case were sent to the State Bureau of Investigation in Lviv, and from September 1, the mandatory use of body cameras for representatives of the TCR and the State Police will be implemented, which will promote increased transparency and accountability in their activities.
