According to TSN.ua: A terrorist attack in Lviv on February 23 resulted in the death of a 23-year-old police officer, Viktoriia Shpylka. Approximately 20 law enforcement officers were injured, with three reported to be in extremely critical condition. Preliminary investigation data indicates the organizers of the attack are women from the Rivne and Kharkiv regions. The investigation is ongoing. Investigation Details

According to investigators, the crime was set in motion when a woman from the Rivne region was tasked with carrying out the attack in Lviv, with a promised payment of 60,000 hryvnias. An 18-year-old resident of the Kharkiv region is also implicated as a suspect in the case. She allegedly received 2,000 hryvnias for making a phone call to the emergency line 102, which is believed to have been part of the attack's coordination.

The investigation asserts that Iryna Savetina, the main suspect, directly carried out the bombing. She has been remanded in custody. A special operation to investigate and detain the suspects was conducted by officers from the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, and the State Border Guard Service. As of today, the investigation continues, with law enforcement working to establish all circumstances of the crime.
