Puzyrko, a first-class envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary who served as director of the Treaty and Legal Department of Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2010 to 2014 and as Ukraine’s consul general in Istanbul from 2006 to 2010, believes Trump was actually targeting Democrats with his rhetoric.
