US President Donald Trump stated that his country is ready for nuclear war with Russia, which has intensified its threat. The US fleet is combat-ready and has already taken positions close to Russia.
Trump provided his explanations during an interview with Newsmax that took place on Saturday, August 2.

In response to a question about the location of nuclear submarines, viewers were interested in how the US leader answered categorically.
'They (the nuclear submarines — ed.) are closer to Russia. It's a difficult situation', Trump explained.
It is worth noting that after the threat from the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, regarding nuclear weapons, the US President ordered nuclear submarines to take strike positions close to the aggressor country.
