Trump on working 10 hours and late-night messages: what the US president said.
Donald Trump's Health
According to ТСН: US President Donald Trump claims to have 'great' health, which allows him to work in the White House for 9–10 hours a day. Deep into the night, he often writes messages to his aides.
In an interview, he stated that he takes aspirin daily in doses four times higher than recommended. Trump also noted that doctors advised him to reduce his medication intake.
The president mentioned that he is not picky about food and enjoys visiting McDonald's. He attributes his energy to 'very good genetics' inherited from his parents.
Trump also indicated that he does not engage in regular exercise, except for golf, which, according to him, remains the only activity that hasn’t bored him.
He shared that he usually works in the Oval Office from about 10 AM to 7 or 8 PM.
Moreover, he confessed that he goes to bed late and often writes messages to his aides or people he sees on Fox News around 2 AM.
Previously, the White House named two possible reasons for the bruises on the president's hand, for which he wears a bandage.
These revelations indicate that Donald Trump is trying to remain active and productive despite age-related changes and medical recommendations. His lifestyle, despite certain precautions, remains rich and dynamic, highlighting his political energy in leading the country.
