According to The Sun: Transport chaos in Scotland due to problems with ScotRail's ticketing system. Passengers are troubled by information-less boards and payment restrictions for tickets.
The ScotRail ticket sales system is in chaos.
The IT provider has network issues in several regions of the country.
Currently, train boards are silent at Glasgow Queen Street, and ticket machines accept only cash. Some boards do not display the time at all.
Although services are operating at both stations, ticketing problems persist. A ScotRail representative has apologized to passengers for the inconvenience and promises to rectify the situation.
