According to The Sun: Donald Trump supported Ukraine in reclaiming its territories occupied by Vladimir Putin, acknowledging that his relationship with the Russian leader 'meant nothing'.
These words were spoken by Trump after a meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky, confirming a post on Truth Social where he referred to Moscow as a 'paper tiger' and urged Ukraine to reclaim all its lands.

In a passionate post, Trump noted: 'I believe that Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is capable of fighting and WINNING to reclaim all of Ukraine in its original form.'
At a press conference after the bilateral meeting, Zelensky stated that Trump is ready to provide Ukraine with security guarantees after the end of the war. Zelensky emphasized that this is a 'significant shift' compared to Trump's previous position, who thought that Kyiv should concede territory for peace.
