Tusk expressed his views on sending troops to Ukraine during a meeting with Macron.

He made this statement during a meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron. Speaking about Macron's initiative to create international peacekeeping forces in Ukraine, Tusk noted that Poland currently has no specific plans regarding this.

He emphasized that the Polish authorities will make decisions aimed at ensuring the safety of Europe and Ukraine in the event of a truce. The President of Poland stressed that his country bears the greatest responsibility among European countries due to the military situation in Ukraine, including providing military and financial assistance. He also expressed a desire for this to be understood by all of Europe.
