According to inkorr.com: In Chernivtsi on Hološna Street an accident occurred: during movement a minibus caught fire due to brake issues. Fortunately, at the time of the incident, there were no passengers in the bus, and the driver tried to extinguish the fire before the arrival of the rescuers.

In the morning of September 8, a report was received by the Emergency line 101 from witnesses about smoke in one of the city’s minibus while it was moving along the streets of Chernivtsi towards the Depot. Rescuers extinguished the fire over an area of 2 square meters and saved the bus from the fire spreading to a larger area. Fortunately, there were no passengers in the cabin.

According to the State Emergency Service, the fire occurred due to a malfunction in the bus's braking system. This is not the first similar case: earlier on the Kyiv-Chop road, there was also a fire in a minibus, but at that time, no one was harmed.
