For the first time, artificial intelligence was implemented in Diia, which, in its first month of operation, supported the processing of over half of the support requests. Such positive results were announced by Mykhailo Fedorov, the First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for Digital Transformation, on Telegram.
'More than 52% of requests in Diia are already being processed by AI', he emphasized.According to Fedorov, this opens up new opportunities for Diia, as artificial intelligence is being integrated into all areas of activity and helps optimize the team's work. Currently, internal AI tools are already in operation, aiding the support team, including the AI consultant, which handled over half of the requests in the pilot month without operator involvement, as well as the AI assistant, which responded to 16% of all operator requests after a few weeks. It should be noted that in the future, Diia plans to launch the ability to take an online driver's license exam, and the service for replacing a vehicle's technical passport is already available.
