The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has identified another Russian war criminal. This concerns the commander of the occupiers' brigade that launches Shahed strike drones.

Negrub Ruslan Mykolaiovychis the commander of the separate brigade of unmanned aerial vehicles GROM 'Cascade'. His military unit is 35666-B, and the location is Koreniwsk, Krasnodar Krai.
