Evacuation in Kharkiv Region Expanded: A New Direction Added to the Evacuation Zone.
Expansion of the Evacuation Zone in Kharkiv Oblast
According to inkorr.com: In Kharkiv Oblast, they plan to increase the evacuation zone for families with children. In addition to the directions of Kupyansk and Izium, the Velikoburlutsk direction is also joining the evacuation. This information was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.
The expansion of the evacuation to the Velikoburlutsk direction was a result of the escalation of the situation. Synegubov noted that the city of Kupyansk remains under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The front remains stable thanks to our military,” emphasized Synegubov
He also highlighted the stability of the front due to the efforts of the Ukrainian military. Evacuation measures are active in the Kupyansk direction. In Kupyansk itself, there are 758 people remaining, and overall in the direction – about 4.4 thousand people.
Despite the destruction of critical infrastructure by the enemy, the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully repel offensive actions, and the oblast is actively preparing for the heating season.
It is worth noting that in the evening of October 1, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a missile strike on the city of Balakliya in Kharkiv Oblast. As a result, one person died, and ten were injured, including a child. The Izium District Prosecutor's Office has already begun a pre-trial investigation into this war crime, suggesting that an 'Iskander-M' missile may have been used.
The situation in the region remains complicated, and local authorities continue to respond to threats from the enemy by expanding the mandatory evacuation zone to ensure the safety of residents. Ukrainian military forces control the situation and do not allow the enemy to advance, while the oblast prepares for the start of the heating season.
With the expansion of the evacuation zone, the authorities emphasize the importance of the safety of civilians, especially families with children, considering the escalation of hostilities. At the same time, local authorities continue to take all necessary measures to support the livelihood of the region, despite the constant threats from the aggressor. The situation requires vigilance and readiness to respond to any changes in the environment.Read also
