Russian Drones Strike Kharkiv: Five Dead, Including Two Children.
A horrific event occurred in Kharkiv - enemy kamikaze drones attacked the city, leading to a sharp increase in casualties and injuries. Today, August 18, the authorities declared a Day of Mourning for the victims. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov, and the mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov.
As a result of the attack, there are already five dead and 20 injured
According to the head of the Kharkiv OVA, Oleg Synegubov, we currently know about five dead, including two children. The fifth victim is a woman, whose name is yet to be determined. Regarding the injured, twenty people sought medical assistance, including six children. Among the injured are a 14-year-old girl and a 43-year-old man, who were injured during the strike in the Industrial District. The youngest wounded is only six years old.
The mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, declared mourning in the city and emphasized that there are children among the victims and the injured. He also expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and called on citizens to unite during this difficult time.
It should be noted that Russian drones attacked Kharkiv and caused significant material damage, destroying several residential buildings and harming civilian infrastructure.
As a result of the horrific kamikaze drone attack on Kharkiv, five people have already died, including two children, and another 20 people have been injured. The city has declared a Day of Mourning, and the authorities have called on citizens to unite and support the families of the victims.
