Explosion near the police building in Kharkiv
On December 8, an explosive event occurred near the central entrance to the police building in the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv. According to the Kharkiv regional police, no one was injured.
The police have launched an investigation regarding this incident:
'An unknown explosive device detonated near the central entrance to the building of the territorial police department,' the police stated.
The explosion occurred at approximately 5:00 PM on December 8. The facade of the building was damaged, but no one was harmed.
Explosives experts from the police and the investigative-operational group are examining the scene and identifying individuals who may have been involved in this crime. The issue of opening a criminal proceeding is also being addressed.
It is worth noting that earlier, in the village of Kachalivka in the Bohodukhiv district of Kharkiv region, a 12-year-old child was injured as a result of an explosive device.
