In Kharkiv, a man avoiding military registration attacked representatives of the territorial recruitment center.
During the work of the notification group, there was an attack on the group’s personnel, consisting of servicemen and law enforcement officers. This disgraceful criminal act was committed by a citizen who was driving and defiantly refused to comply with the legal requirements to provide his military registration documents for verification. Then this citizen began to maneuver dangerously in the car, damaged several vehicles of the notification group, and ran over people, injuring three servicemen.
The assailant was detained on the spot by law enforcement, and appropriate procedural actions are ongoing. There are no threats to the lives of the servicemen, and medical assistance is being provided to the injured.
The offender live-streamed in the social network certain episodes of the conflict he provoked, likely aiming to discredit the servicemen and the mobilization process. Selected and edited parts of the video are now being disseminated by hostile and certain Ukrainian information resources with comments and descriptions that distort and twist reality.

In the village of Knyzhkivtsi in the Khmelnytsky region, a man attacked a representative of the territorial recruitment and social support center with a knife during a check of registration documents.
Concert of the band "Okean Elzy" and military document checks
On the evening of October 11, a concert of the band "Okean Elzy" was held at the Sports Palace in Kyiv. After the performance, several dozen TCC and SP employees along with the patrol police were waiting for the visitors. They checked the military registration documents of those liable for military service. Several men, who had documentation issues or refused to show them, were forcibly detained and taken to the TCC. Several others were issued summonses and released.
Incidentally, in one of the technical rooms of the preliminary gathering point for those subject to military service, the body of a man with signs of suicide was found. There were no signs of violence on him.
