'Tomorrow, August 1, has been declared a Day of Mourning in Kyiv. In memory of the victims of the enemy's massive attack on the capital,' the city mayor noted.
He clarified that on this day flags will be flown at half-mast on all municipal buildings in Kyiv, and it is also recommended to lower national flags on the buildings of state and private property.
Moreover, all entertainment events have been banned in the capital for tomorrow.
As a reminder, police released video footage from a body camera during the first moments after the Russian strike on a high-rise building in Kyiv.
