A dangerous incident occurred in the capital - a suspect in a crime blew up an apartment, injuring a police officer in the process. The incident happened in the Darnytskyi district, reported the National Police press service.

“The suspect in the crime caused an explosion using gas, leading to the injury of a police officer,” the National Police reported.
The perpetrator also sustained injuries. The injured law enforcement officer is receiving medical assistance. The suspect was detained at the scene.
It is also worth mentioning that on August 4, a powerful explosion occurred in one of the hotels in Lviv. Preliminary information suggests that the explosion was caused by an emergency detonation of an electric scooter battery, which led to a fire.
