Explosions have been heard in the city, and monitoring channels are warning about the threat of ballistic missiles. Head of the Kyiv Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenkо, confirmed the threat of Russian occupiers using ballistic missiles and called on residents of Kyiv to seek shelter.
