In Kyiv, flooding occurred in Vynohradar due to a burst water pipe at the metro construction site. This happened on April 28, when water completely flooded the area. Witnesses reported that the pipe burst was the cause of the flooding.

It should be reminded that in November of last year, the construction of the Syretsko-Pecherska metro line in the direction of Vynohradar resumed in Kyiv. Two stations are planned to be built in this area - 'Mostytska' and 'Prospekt Pravdy', with a length of 3.78 km. Currently, a two-level tunnel is already being constructed at the 'Mostytska' - 'Prospekt Pravdy' section. The completion of the metro construction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
