The process of victim identification in Kostiantynivka has been completed: among the dead are children.

The process of victim identification from the missile strike in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, has been completed – three children died. This was reported by the Prosecutor General's Office.

In Kostiantynivka, the process of identifying and recognizing the bodies of those killed as a result of the missile strike on the shopping center has been completed. According to the final data, as a result of the attack by the armed forces of the Russian Federation, 14 people were killed, including three children – girls aged nine, 11, and 16.» – the statement said.

The Prosecutor General's Office notes that 44 people received injuries of varying severity.

Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted in the criminal case on the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)» – the Prosecutor General's Office stated.

Recall that on August 10, rescuers completed the removal of debris from the shopping center in Kostiantynivka.

It should be noted that on August 9, the occupiers hit a supermarket and «Nova Poshta» in Kostiantynivka in Donetsk region. A strong fire broke out at the strike locations. The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration (OVA) Vadym Filashkin reported that terrorists attacked Kostiantynivka from artillery.

The press service of «Nova Poshta» reported the shelling of the cargo department. One company employee suffered a concussion.
