In occupied Crimea, teachers have been instructed to monitor children on social media: details.
School teachers in occupied Crimea and Russia have received recommendations from the Ministry of Education regarding the detection of potential 'criminals' among migrant children and monitoring their social media.
Strict supervision of children
According to the directives of the Russian Ministry of Education, school teachers in Crimea must be attentive to foreign children who may not share Russian values and symbols and identify possible representatives of 'dangerous' groups among them. Moreover, they should check students in the Register of controlled persons and track them on social media.
It is important to note that such guidelines are developed with the participation of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow.
It is worth recalling that recently a radar complex was destroyed on the territory of Crimea, and the issue of drinking water supply on the peninsula remains extremely relevant.
Taking advantage of mental barriers and suspicions, the Russian authorities in Crimea are exercising harsh surveillance over children, which could lead to further brutal control and restrictions on their rights. Monitoring social media and discrimination based on nationality could create serious problems in society and deepen divisions.Read also
