The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted to the US permission for Ukraine regarding ATACMS.

According to Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, the US responded to Russia's actions by engaging North Korean soldiers in the war and the recent massive rocket attack on Ukrainian territory by granting Ukraine permission to use ATACMS missiles to strike targets within Russia.

He posted this on the social media platform X.

'In response to the entry of North Korean soldiers into the war and the massive shelling by Russian missiles (of Ukrainian territory - ed.), President Biden replied in a language clear to Vladimir Putin: by lifting restrictions on Ukraine's use of Western missiles. The victim of aggression has the right to defend themselves. Strength deters, weakness provokes,' Sikorski wrote.
