Strike on Enemy Logistics: GUR Reveals Scale of Damage to Russian Fuel Infrastructure.
According to Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, the Russian fuel sector has suffered serious damage due to the actions of Ukrainian military forces. Approximately a third of strategic facilities have sustained significant damage, negatively impacting the logistical capabilities of the Russian army.
According to intelligence, systemic damage to infrastructure complicates rapid recovery due to restrictions on equipment imports because of international sanctions. Attacks are aimed at military-industrial facilities that provide fuel support to the occupying forces.
The Foreign Intelligence Service also reports a partial shutdown of three Russian oil refineries due to the inability to complete repair work at the end of October. These circumstances complicate logistical processes and undermine the military potential of the aggressor.
Ukrainian military forces systematically destroy critical fuel infrastructure that directly supports the Russian war machine.
