Hungary has begun deploying air defense systems at the border with Ukraine due to the deteriorating situation in the Russian-Ukrainian war. This was reported by the Hungarian publication Telex.
Hungarian Defense Minister Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky noted that the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine is in the 'most dangerous phase'. This is related to the new nuclear doctrine approved by Vladimir Putin, as well as the permission received by Kyiv to use long-range weapons against Russia.
Let us remind you that the Armed Forces of Ukraine first used British cruise missiles Storm Shadow against military targets in Russia.
According to The Times, the United States has lifted restrictions on the use of these missiles on Russian territory. This permission was necessary from the U.S., as the Storm Shadow missiles contain American components.
