The Social Protection Department provides additional assistance in the form of 500-700 UAH for housing and communal services payments to certain citizens, particularly families with disabled persons in Dnipro.

Assistance for vulnerable categories

Citizens from vulnerable categories can receive additional payments for utility services by contacting the social protection department with the necessary documents and application. This assistance complements the subsidy and helps reduce financial burden. Families with children and persons with disabilities can take advantage of this right.

Amount and application process for assistance

The amount of the additional payment for utility services depends on the season: 500 UAH per month in the non-heating period and 700 UAH during the heating season. Residents of Kramatorsk will receive assistance for purchasing fuel, with the amount not exceeding 19.4 thousand UAH. When applying for benefits for utility services, the incomes of the entire family will be taken into account, except for certain categories of citizens.
