Ukraine denies attack on Putin's palace: what is known about Moscow's statements.
Ukraine's rebuttal regarding the attack on Putin's residence
According to The Sun: Ukraine has denied allegations of an alleged attempt to strike Putin's personal residence, which came shortly after Zelensky's Christmas address. In his address, the president wished that Vlad was dead. Moscow claims that Kyiv allegedly attempted to attack Putin's state estate using 91 long-range drones.
“This is complete fabrication and typical Russian lies,” Zelensky noted.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Monday confirmed these statements, emphasizing that the attack on the residence is confirmation of Ukraine's aggressive intentions.
This situation highlights the ongoing information conflict between Ukraine and Russia, where each side attempts to influence public opinion both domestically and internationally. In this way, the statements of the Ukrainian leadership and the actions of Russia create tension in international relations, which continues to affect security in the region.
