Ukraine Will Be Hit by Storms - Where the Weather Will Deteriorate Tomorrow.
The weather forecast in Ukraine for July 23 is quite contrasting. In some regions, a storm with heavy thunderstorms, strong winds, and even hail is expected, while in other areas, temperatures will rise to +32 °C.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, an atmospheric cyclone is moving across Ukraine from west to east, which will lead to short-term rains, thunderstorms, and locally even hail. Wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are also expected.
The temperature regime will vary depending on the region. In the western and northern regions, temperatures at night are expected to reach +14...+19 °C, and during the day +23...+28 °C. In other areas, nighttime temperatures will be around +18...+23 °C, and daytime temperatures will range from +27...+32 °C.

According to Natalka Didenko's forecast, the most likely rains with thunderstorms will occur during the day in Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, and Luhansk regions, and possibly, rains will touch Donetsk. No precipitation is expected in other areas.
The temperature regime is also diverse: in most regions, +26...+29 °C is expected, while in Sumy and Chernihiv regions it will be cooler, +23...+26 °C. In the southern part and the southeastern regions of Ukraine, as well as in Dnipropetrovsk, heat up to +30...+35 °C will prevail.
