The company 'Ukrposhta' created a special stamp that marks the victory of Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk in the rematch against British Tyson Fury. This was reported by the head of 'Ukrposhta', Igor Smilyansky.
«Congratulations to Oleksandr Usyk on the victory!!! The best! And let the 'Ukrposhta' team have another stamp that predicted the victory. We will not review the price of the stamp 'Usyk – The world loves the strong', but I am confident that from today it will be more valuable to every Ukrainian as a memory of this victory!»
The circulation of the new stamp is 420 thousand. The stamp depicts Usyk as he unfurls the flag of Ukraine, this drawing was created by artist Serhiy Tyehov from Dnipro.
Usyk defeated Tyson Fury and defended his titles
Oleksandr Usyk managed to defeat Tyson Fury again and defend his titles as the absolute world champion. The fight lasted 12 rounds and ended with Usyk winning by unanimous decision of the judges – 116:112. The Ukrainian confirmed his title as the absolute world champion in heavyweight, defending the WBA, WBC, WBO, and IBO titles.
Usyk noted that he dedicated this victory to his mother, who has supported him for many years. He also congratulated all mothers of Ukraine.
Fury criticized the judges
Tyson Fury expressed his criticism regarding the judges' decision, which was in favor of Usyk.
