According to TSN.ua: Ukraine's state railway operator, Ukrzaliznytsia, is significantly improving connectivity by transitioning its Odesa to Dnipro service, train numbers 54/53, to a daily schedule. This change, effective from February 22, 2023, aims to enhance transport accessibility between these major cities. This upgrade is part of broader efforts to modernize Ukraine's critical infrastructure amidst ongoing challenges.

The daily service from Odesa will commence on February 22, while departures from Dnipro will begin operating daily from February 23, 2023. The route serves several key stations, including:

  • Voznesensk
  • Pomichna
  • Kropyvnytskyi
  • Znamianka
  • Oleksandriia
  • Kamianske

Tickets for these daily trips start from 199 hryvnias.

In a separate schedule adjustment, Ukrzaliznytsia also introduced an updated timetable for train numbers 21/22 on the Kharkiv to Lviv route, effective February 17, 2023, with further updates on February 20. These combined changes are making rail travel across Ukraine more convenient and accessible for passengers.
