The government approved the action program for 2025: 12 key priorities of ARMA.
According to inkorr.com: On September 10, 2025, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a new Action Program for 2025. This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko in her Telegram channel, outlining 12 main priorities related to the work of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency.
Security and Defense
ARMA manages assets, the disruption of which can lead to serious violations in the sphere of security and defense of the country. The law of Ukraine defines the features of managing such assets, and the number of arrested assets continues to grow.
Eurointegration
The establishment of ARMA is a necessary condition for simplifying the visa regime with the European Union. The Agency's work affects the fulfillment of Ukraine's European obligations.
Anti-corruption
ARMA plays an important role in the system of countering corruption. However, reforms and improvements in its activities are necessary for more effective combating this phenomenon.
Welfare
The work of ARMA influences the development of Ukraine by reducing the level of the shadow economy and providing funding for social programs. Asset management increases revenues to the State Budget and supports the uninterrupted operation of enterprises.
Therefore, in September 2025, the government once again confirmed its commitment to implementing the Action Program for the next year, emphasizing the importance of the work of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency for ensuring security, advancing eurointegration processes, anti-corruption policy, and the overall welfare of the country. These steps indicate a serious approach of the Ukrainian authorities to the challenges of the times and the efforts being made to stabilize the country under difficult conditions.
